The
Genius
RA 020 Linear Stair
is a
beautiful and elegant Italian modular staircase combining the hi-tech
look and strength of powder coated steel square balusters with the beauty of solid beech
treads. The staircase is available in three colours - White,
Silver and Bronze. The design is further enhanced with the transparent spacers between
each tread. Stunning! The
modular design of the Genius RA 020 offers a choice of straight
flight, L or U shapes to suit almost any space.
The treads and handrail are also solid beech, some 42mm thick, and they
are
available in four colours - Cherry, Blonde Walnut, Light
Walnut and Dark Walnut.

We
offer the standard staircase with 12 risers and, because of
the clever design of the Genius, the tread rise is adjustable and
this will fit a floor to floor height of up to 264cm - whilst
keeping within the UK Building Regulations. (Please note that
it is possible to install the Genius with a higher tread rise but
this would not comply with UK Building Regulations.) We
always provide price guides and sizing to comply with the UK
regulations, wherever possible. It is a simple matter to choose a different package
to suit alternative floor heights - we will let you have a price
using more or less treads to suit your project. |

The
Genius 020 balustrade features elegant powder coated square steel
balusters which sit in a neat square base, 20 x 20mm. Also
available is
matching balustrading
for around the stairwell
for the perfect finishing touch.

The
Genius RA 020 linear stair is also available in five tread widths -
67cm, 74cm, 81cm, 88cm and 95cm providing a generous choice for
almost any project. You can use the Genius RA for the smallest loft
access or as a main staircase in the grandest hallway.

within certain parameters and are always happy to offer guidance on

We also supply a
riserbar kit, which
comprises an unobtrusive metal bar which matches the baluster of the
staircase and fits between the open treads for compliance with UK
Building Regulations 100mm gap rule.
So
to sum up - you can choose the colour of the treads and the steel,
the shape you need and the number of treads required. And, as always, we are happy to
