The
Genius
T 010 Spiral
Stair
is a
beautiful and elegant Italian spiral staircase combining the hi-tech
look and strength of stainless steel cable with the beauty of solid beech
treads. The Genius is available in three colours - White, Silver
and Bronze. The design is enhanced with the transparent spacers between
each tread. Stunning! The
Genius T 010 Spiral stair has the beautiful sweeping curve spiral
form enhanced with the gleaming solid beech handrail.
The treads are also solid beech, some 42mm thick, and they are
available in four colours - Cherry, Blonde Walnut, Light
Walnut and Dark Walnut. There
are six diameters - 1100mm, 1200mm, 1300mm, 1400mm, 1500mm and
1600mm.

We
offer the standard staircase with 12 risers and, because of
the clever design of the Genius, the tread rise is adjustable and
this will fit a floor to floor height of up to 264cm - whilst
keeping within the UK Building Regulations. (Please note that
it is possible to install the Genius with a higher tread rise but
this would not comply with UK Building Regulations.) We
always provide price guides and sizing to comply with the UK
regulations. It is a simple matter to choose a different package
to suit alternative floor heights - we will let you have a price
using more or less treads to suit your project.

also produce a 'no obligation' plan drawing and quote for your

The
Genius 010 balustrade features stainless steel cables firmly
anchored to powder coated steel balusters 27mm diameter.
Again, we would mention that this type of balustrading may be
considered "climbable" by your local Building Control
office. We would suggest that you discuss your project and the
design features of the Genius 010 staircase with your Building
Control office before placing an order. |

Further
flexibility is available with the choice of three landing tread
shapes; the standard landing tread being triangular.
Because
the Genius T 010 has a solid beech handrail with transparent
connectors, you would need to decide whether you want the spiral to
have a clockwise or anti-clockwise ascent when you place your
order. We would be happy to advise you with this.

for around the stairwell
for the perfect finishing touch.
We also supply a
riserbar kit, which
comprises an unobtrusive metal bar which matches the baluster of the
staircase and fits between the open treads for compliance with UK
Building Regulations 100mm gap rule.
So
to sum up - you can choose the colour of the treads and the steel,
the diameter you need and the number of treads required.
