powder coated steel centre column
and balusters - BLACK, WHITE or GREY and with a choice of two colour

because of the clever design concept where the stair is supplied in
modular format, the Klan Spiral Staircase can be installed by any
competent DIY person - and is extremely cost effective!
There
are four diameters - 1200mm, 1400mm, 1500mm and 1600mm. The
1500mm diameter fully complies with
BS5395 Part 2 Category
A.
The
standard kit comprises 13 rises (12 treads + 1 landing tread) and
will suit a floor to floor height of between 2520mm and 2860mm
(whilst complying with UK regulations for maximum tread rise).
For greater
floor to floor heights, we can supply additional tread kits. |

fully
comply with
BS5395 Part 2 Cat A
for accessing a loft conversion
of a single room/plus ensuite.

stairwell balustrade kits are supplied in 1200mm lengths and are
complete with handrail and all fixings. We also supply a
riserbar kit, which
comprises an unobtrusive metal bar which matches the baluster of the
staircase and fits between the treads to ensure compliance with UK
Building Regulations 100mm gap rule (shown right). |
