NEW IMPROVED KLAN FOR 2007!

There are four diameters - 1200mm, 1400mm, 1500mm and 1600mm.  We have been selected by Arkč to supply the Klan Spiral 1500mm diameter in the UK.  This special model will fully comply with BS5395 Part 2 Category A to access a loft conversion of a single room/plus ensuite bathroom.

Available in Black, White or Grey steel and with a choice of two finishes (Light or Dark) on the beautiful solid beech treads.

There are four diameters - 1200mm, 1400mm, 1500mm and 1600mm.  The 1500mm diameter fully complies with BS5395 Part 2 Category A.

The standard kit comprises 13 rises (12 treads + 1 landing tread) and will suit a floor to floor height of between 2520mm and 2860mm (whilst complying with UK regulations for maximum tread rise).

Another elegant spiral staircase is the Stokesay Spiral Stair shown here.  This has sleek steel central column and tread brackets which combine well with the solid timber treads.  The beautiful steel balusters feature the stylish "basket twist" which can brilliantly complement your furniture, lighting, curtain rods, etc.

The Stokesay is a Pro Kit Stair requiring some semi-professional tools and expertise for installation.  It is made in a UK foundry to your exact measurements and delivered direct to you in component form with straightforward installation instructions. For added versatility, there is a choice of different landing tread shapes.

Due to the choices of diameters available for the Stokesay Spiral, it can be used to access a loft room or to act as a main staircase in a home.  Matching balustrading is also available as the finishing touch.

For some homes, our Filigree Budget Cast Iron Spiral staircase is the only one to use. With delicate balusters and filigree treads, it looks wonderful and can be painted to blend with any colour scheme.  We also provide a powder coating service to any RAL colour.

The Filigree Budget Cast Iron Spiral is made to measure, delivered to your home in component form and, as a Pro Kit Stair,  requires some semi-professional tools and skills.

Because of the rugged quality of cast iron made in a UK foundry, the Filigree is suitable for exterior and interior use and is available in a range of sizes.

Available in a range of sizes to suit nearly all situations, the Ashton is made to your measurements and delivered to your door in component form.  As with most of these traditionally formed staircases, some semi-professional skills and tools will be needed for the installation - a Pro Kit Stair. Because of the range of six diameters, the Ashton Spiral can fully comply with BS5395 Part 2 Category A and B and current UK Building Regulations.

Supplied in a primed finish, the Ashton will also look stunning when painted to match your project - or we can supply it powder coated to any RAL colour as an optional extra.
