These
spiral staircases are made to the highest quality and the finish of
the products is absolutely perfect. Designed in two diameters
- 1200mm and 1400mm, these spiral stairs are supplied in component
form with all fixings, fittings and instructions, delivered direct
to you ready for easy installation. Using the standard kit format,
the staircase is designed to adjust to a range of floor heights with
all the necessary components included in the consignment.

Suitable
for use as an exterior or interior staircase, the Modus Spiral
Staircases are stunning examples of classical design combined with
proven durability. An example of typical Italian flair, shown on the
right, the Modus cast
spiral looks fantastic in a contemporary interior.
There
are various optional extras, such as the extended first tread as shown
on the left.

The 1200mm
diameter is available with three designs of single baluster spindles,
plus two choices of landing tread to suit a square or a circular
opening.
There are also two
designs of understep panel to add the finishing touches.

The 1400mm
diameter is available with either single baluster spindles or the
double column balusters as shown on the left.
Model 2050S has
the elegant understep panel as an additional design feature as shown
in the diagram on the right.
And,
of course, both diameters have matching balustrading available for the stairwell,
plus an innovative 60º approach tread.

The
fine detail of the castings are just one of the reasons why we
consider the Modus staircases to be so desirable. If you need
any more persuasion, consider the care which is taken to produce the
exceptional finish:
- The
first step is sandblasting, followed by
- one coat of one-pack zinc
primer,
- one coat of two-pack zinc phosphate epoxy primer,
- one
immersion coat of synthetic alkyd resin primer, and
- one finishing coat
of ironwork paint in anthracite grey.
Modus products are the right choice for any prestigious project where
the staircase and balustrading needs to complement and reflect a
property of the highest quality.
We
can also offer the Modus range with a powder coated finish in any colour of the International RAL
colour range as an optional extra.
