UK CUSTOMERS
Many of the staircases shown on this website
are package or kit staircases from the leading Italian manufacturers. The flexibility of these designs means that the stairs can be
adjusted to suit a range of floor to floor heights by increasing the
individual tread rise. However, the European Building Regulations
allow an individual tread rise of up to 235mm, which is higher than our UK Building
Regs will accept, and care is needed when purchasing European kit staircases to
check that you have the right layout for UK regs, if required. We will always ask
you for your floor to floor height before you place your order with us to make
sure that you have all the right components for your staircase and to go
through all the options with you. This is why we do not have
an online ordering facility on this website - a quick check by one of our
friendly and knowledgeable team will confirm that everything is ok before
you place your order.
